Usually, we have the best experience with meditation when we learn the best lesson: to let go. Books, teachers, movies are only guidance. I have met many who say they cannot meditate. They have tried, and it is not working for them. Well, the reason is that they keep having thoughts that were not let go. No matter what happens in our lives, we must let go without exception. Only then can we enjoy meditation. Otherwise, meditation could be just a tedious exercise.
