It is not our call to interfere with anyone. Guiding or setting by example is the only thing we should do. It took me some time to understand that a spiritual conversation is not for everyone. In time, we all see that people who need help that I can offer will come and meet in different circumstances. Currently, in a hypnosis session, I had the vision with a vivid representation that people are in such trance that they refuse the light, living in total darkness. Light at that point is hurting them. Again, we can send the light to the ones who were looking for it.
