How Do We Heal Our Bodies?

“Mens sana in corpore sano” is a Latin phrase, translated as “a healthy mind in a healthy body.” However, the western philosophers got it backward. Our minds are creating healthy bodies. Every disease we have created can be controlled using our powerful thoughts.
Meditation is a great tool to heal the mind. The mind does not heal medically, but we understand that our minds are instruments at our disposal for creating more experiences and not to enslave us. Treating the mind concept is nothing but the realization of the ego. When we stop fighting ego, we stop feeding it; it will go away. Meditation can help us, but we must have patience. It will not work overnight. It is taking time to train in everything and meditation does not make an exception.
If we can afford, we should stay more in nature. Contemplation and reflection are other forms of meditation.
“Meditation has a side effect of happiness and health.”
Through meditation, we balance our bodies going back to their original states. That energy becomes once again in sync with everything else, nature, the universe helping us to realize what we have been all the time: a God’s creation who is meant to be happy, peaceful and in perfect balance with the whole universe.
Another technique we may try is hypnosis which is also a state of deep meditation we can say. Under hypnosis, we may have faster results in some cases. Many do not consider hypnosis a spiritual practice, but especially past life regression is a technique we can benefit from at the spiritual level.
Hypnosis is helping ourselves to balance our bodies energetically same as meditation and the states that we achieve in both cases are very similar.
Through past life regression, we can contact the higher consciousness and get answers that will help us to understand our true nature and reconnect us with the source. That connection is bringing balance to our bodies and minds, and we can experience health and peacefulness. What do we have to do? We have to believe and trust the source, and then surprising results can be achieved.

We must understand that we are not different from each other. The only thing staying in the way is if the person we want to heal refuses the treatment. Maybe is his/her time to go, or that person wants to experience some of that disease, perhaps is Karma to be paid, any of those might impede healing.
Many others techniques are using the divine energy as Reiki or Tai Chi. When we use that energy to heal, we are becoming the channelers. The divine power of God transcends through us on the person who needs healing. It is a known knowledge used for millennia, and Jesus used that as well. He had the ability due to his awareness, to amplify that energy and the healing became instantaneously. On the other hand, the person needing healing must accept it and embrace it, and that is when the faith comes into place.

  1. Thanks for Sharing. Nice.

“There is no Death only Change”. -Parmahansa Yogananda. He also says when one is still in matter consciousious we recycle with a brake in the matter cycle in temporary peace, joy and bliss. On reentry into the Matter World we pick up our Enlightenment where we left off our awareness journey. When matter changes form there is initial panic, but quickly followed by Peace and Light.

I would add AFFIRMATIONS. Like Metaphysical Meditations or Whisper of Eternity. Yoganada Meditation that one can find Nirvana, Samadhi and Resurrection in them selves.
