Jesus

I will start this article with a quote I thought about.

“The true wealth of the king is not the gold but the love of his people.” That is Jesus Christ. Is he God? Do we have to venerate him as God? I would not say so. He is the Son of God, and that makes him our older brother. That is how we should see Jesus. Moreover, he is a great brother. He did not want anything for himself; he just gave us all his love. Is he the Messiah, the savior? Yes, he is all of that. He brought us something that we had long forgotten. The love of our Father and that can save us all. He is kind, and his teaching is pure and simple, his knowledge is God’s knowledge. We have that knowledge, but for some reason, we wanted to hide it or keep a secret. Jesus did none of that. He shared his greatness with humility. He tried so hard to make us believe and know once again when  he said: “Truly, truly, I say to you, whoever believes in me will also do the works that I do, and greater works than these will he do because I am going to the Father.” He was teaching us that we are one with God and what God does we can do. We can heal, we can create an enjoyable reality if we want to, we only have to believe in that. Our thoughts are as powerful as God, and we can convert these thoughts into an immediate reality.

Jesus was, is and always will be in our hearts. He knew that, and he had sent messages to all the people. Time was not relevant. He said, and we quote here: “Because you have seen me, you have believed; blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed.” That message is for us, future us and he was right. We never saw him as Jesus, the man but we know him, we believe in him because his great energy never left. He is here with us. How come some of us still rejected and killed him? The first circumstance is because we do not like changes. Jesus was changing the commandments and the old laws, converting everything into one: “A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another.” Also, the death of Jesus was well planed into another existence. That was the way to show us an infinite love of God. That was the way we will not forget. Let’s face it, we forget so easily. However, here we are. The scenario worked. Two thousand years later and we did not forget. It is almost we can see and hear him as he said: “And know that I am with you always; yes, to the end of time.”
